1st Course:
- Shrimp and mango fresh wraps Paired with Haycutters Sauvignon Blanc Semillion, 2011, McLaren Vale, Australia. Pale Straw in color, enticing aromas of citrus, guava, lychee and roasted pine nuts. Long fresh finish.
2nd Course:
- Mixed green salad with a Mediterranean vinaigrette.
3rd Course:
- Local beef tenderloin prepared in a simple traditional French style served with garlic smashed potato and seasonal vegetables. Paired with Hahn, Pinot Noir, 2010 California. This ruby-hued Pinot Noir beckons from the glass with fragrant aromas of violet, black cherry and oak. Notes of pepper and strawberry jam lead to a luscious core of ripe red berries. Hints of earthiness, citrus and vanilla add to the complexity, sleek finish makes this wine a true palate-pleaser.
4th Course:
- Belgium silk chocolate truffle Paired with Nipozzano Riserva Chianti Rufina, 2007, Italy.A burly Rufina with dried dark fruits chewy tannins and a dark chocolate and mineral aftertaste. Full and satisfying.
